Led effort to place multi-faceted OSS/BSS and multi-cloud management platforms in key accounts in North America and Europe.
Crystal IT – Red Oak, Texas / Founder, Sr. Partner 2009 – Current
Founded IT professional services company specializing in OSS/BSS consulting for the Media and Communications industry vertical. Took a career pause to pursue PhD in Arts, Technology and Emerging Communication at University of Texas-Dallas.
Charter Communications - St. Louis, Missouri/Vice President, IT. 2006-2009
Served on the change management team reporting to the CIO for major initiatives: 1) Implementation of rigorous IT governance practice; 2) Strategic outsourcing of select IT Applications and Operations; 3) Consolidation of two major billing platforms.

Responsible for the development of product strategy, strategic alliances and penetration of global markets. Main effort was to define and prioritize competitive telecommunications markets globally, and to drive product development strategy and strategic vendor partnerships accordingly.

Provided integration of high-level management activities of all Jones companies as new business opportunities crossed company boundaries; reported directly to CEO and company founder. Responsible for development of new business outside the normal scope of Jones operations. Provided telephony interconnect consulting for upstart 21st Century of Chicago.
Jones Intercable - Englewood, Colorado / Program Manager, Launch of Telephony Services 1987-1996
Obtained regulatory certification and built three profitable competitive access provider (CAP) networks. Managed the negotiation of a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) interconnection agreement with incumbent Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC); the first cable television interconnection agreement with an RBOC in the U.S.
