Marti's Story

Prior to her consultancy role, Marti made significant contributions at Charter Communications, where she established a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and spearheaded an agile transformation within the engineering team. She also led a 500+ organization, overseeing integration testing, program management, technology strategy development, release management, and executive support. Marti is recognized as a strategic business partner who consistently achieves results, no matter how intricate the task. She holds the certification of a Certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant and Coach (SCP).
Before her tenure at Charter, Marti served as the head of the IT department at Media News Group, where she played a pivotal role in developing web infrastructure and content management systems for the Denver Post. Her earlier leadership roles were held at Level3 Communications and Verizon. Marti's career commenced in the U.S. Air Force, where she developed software for satellite tracking systems at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs.
